Qualifications:
– Good English skills, writing, reading and verbal to lead trough phone conferences with oversea division and suppliers
– Very good understanding of Powertrain components, form employer should come from Powertrain field
– Managing skills, should have experience as a manager and manage a team in minimize 3 years
– Must have minimum 8 years of SQE experience in the Powertrain, automotive field
– Good communication in Chinese and English
– High travel involved in China local and overseas
– Need to manage SQE's in China and other country in Asia
– Team player, needs to support programs in China, North America, Europe, Asia and the rest of the world
– Good computer skills
– Training and leading capabilities
